Mr. Dietz is Board Certified as a specialist in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has over 35 years experience in criminal defense and is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts by the Texas Supreme Court as well as all levels of Federal Court including the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Dietz has not only represented clients in Texas, but also defended those accused in other states including Federal and Military courts.
Mr. Dietz maintains a higher level of continuing education hours than is required and has been a member of the College of the State Bar since 1988.
